Organisation and Coordination
After carefully listening to your wishes and desires, we will make a series of proposals to suit your taste and will take care of the realization of every single detail: from creating the concept to identifying the ideal vendors, as well as organising correlated events and the constant, on-site presence of our team.
We will take this journey together, in which you will always be in lead and we will be your point of reference, at any time.
Organisation
Once your wishes and demands have been defined, we will guide you through the different phases of planning your wedding, taking care of every single detail, and leaving nothing to chance. We will be present during each step of the organisation process, and will guarantee our constant support till – and during – the day of the wedding.
We will take care of all the necessary documents, select and book the ideal locations –for both the ceremony and the reception –, design the setup and, follow the logistics and help you choose the best vendors according to your style.
Coordination
On the day of your wedding, coordination will be a crucial part of our work: our team will be present throughout the entire day, in order to ensure that everything goes according to plan and follows the established timing, resolving any potential unforeseen situations and supervising all vendors, both during the preparation and at the reception.
Based on the size of the event, Blissfully Creative Moments team will be composed by an appropriate number of assistants, in order to guarantee an efficient organization through the direct interaction with each vendor and guest. In fact, besides being a point of reference for the bride and groom, as well as for our partners and collaborators, we will also be available to welcome and guide your guests during the different phases of the event.

Choosing the location is usually the first, true step in conceiving your wedding’s theme, however, you must also share with us your wishes and visions, providing the necessary inputs to proceed and identify the ideal solutions for your big event.
We will begin by creating a moodboard, where you will be able to see our presentations and suggestions for the wedding’s colour palette, scenography, floral arrangements, mise en place, and, in general, the event’s overall atmosphere: everything is studied with great attention to detail, in order to make your day truly special.
Wedding Suite
Our graphic designers will translate your style into true artworks: invites, menus, the tables, and everything else we will create for you will carry a particular uniqueness and a personalised look and feel. We will create a Wedding Suite based on a design project, which will develop around an agreed-upon theme, contributing to an overall balanced result with an identity of its own.
Our team can also create your wedding website, where you can add all of the useful information relating to the event’s organisation, such as time and place of the ceremony and reception, potential hotel suggestions and activities, dress codes, and anything else that may help the communication with your guests.
